About The Role:

You will be responsible for gathering writing and producing business requirements. You will also assist with process facilitation, engaging with internal and external stakeholders. This role will require you to work closely with business, project and IT, in addition to working at all levels within the organisation. Stakeholder identification and management will be crucial.

  • Defines site objectives by analysing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
  • Design and develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications Developing and implementing websites based on agreed business requirements
  • Designing and developing the necessary back-end database (Oracle and SQL)
  • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 - 10 year experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Waterfall and SDLC
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation
  • Previous experience working on large programs and project within financial services
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to work with fixed timelines
  • Flexible and innovative
